Expectant parents should consider taking the prenatal course 1-3 months prior to the due date of your baby.
Confirmation will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of your cheque. Receipts will be distributed at your request. Many healthcare spending accounts cover the cost of the course as it is taught by a Registered Nurse.

What to Bring
Please bring a notebook, snacks, refreshments and pillows and / or mat to lounge with. The room has ergonomic chairs and carpet throughout, however it is recommended that you dress comfortably. On Sunday please bring a doll / stuffed animal, a receiving blanket and a pillow (this is for our postpartum segment).
